Ordered from Instagram ad, charged by different company and can't get a refund
Today I received an email updating me on the status. The only change was my order was in processing. I decided to look at my PayPal account for the charge. I found the charge to Banbain Trade Co., Limited for $84.96 on 12/31/2023, bringing my total money lost to $85; even though my order had not shipped and is as I said before in processing. I have attempted to contact [email protected] several times. The reply is always the same: "Thank you for your email. Please click [contact seller] to consult your question", even though they are the contact seller. I feel foolish for ordering from an Asian company as they seem to use a myriad of company names leaving the consumer without a way to contact the company for a refund.
