These things happen and the reactions and forgiveness are the glue that helps bring peace to your home, please i will like to introduce myself ,I'm DR DAVID the owner of the property you are interested in.I will like you to know that the reason I have my property up for rent is just because I and my family just moved to CALIFORNIA where we are currently located now..So for now, We are in CALIFORNIA and will be staying here for the next 5 to 6 Years in our new house and we are also with the document of the house for rent, You worked hard to earn the money to purchase/rent a home, so continue working hard as you create your home. Let your dreams come true, whether it’s to plant a garden or build an ice skating rink.A new home can be exciting, but can also bring stresses, so remember these verses as you decide how your household will run. Find ways to make it peaceful and find ways to glorify God in your home. There is a greater reason for why God has blessed you and allow Him to carry out His work through establishing your home.i am very pleased to welcome you into my divine home .. However, the initial plan was to sale out the house. which I tried, but sometimes the agents inflates the prize and it takes longer to sell. So i and my wife decided to have the house up for rent. I'm telling you this in case if you find the house on another website, that is the old listings. Again i don't know If you notice, you will discovered that the price we are offering is far below standard price, this is enough reason for you to know that we are not after the rental fee but to find someone that will take absolute care of our property.
PLEASE REMEMBER:I'm only renting out my property just because of my absence so i demand an absolute maintenance of my property when you move in okay..my rental price is low so as to give a chance to the poor to be able to have a place to stay which is the reason am doing this myself ...
