This company sells clothing that does not match the description online. The sizing chart is completely inaccurate. They also do not have a telephone# that customers can call to sort out their complaints. The business is registered in Hong Kong but they lie and say that it's in London and that is is an English company. They refuse to issue returns or exchanges and when you try to write them they do not address your problem. Many customers have complained about this company taking their customers money and not providing good/honorable customer service. It's such a shame that they subject their customers to this kind of behavior.

They pretend to lose return packages, even though the package was sent back. They lie to their customers and say that tags were removed from the clothes and therefore can't be refunded, but they have their employees removing the tags on purpose, so the customer can never get a refund. They do not stand by anything that is written on their website. Their entire website is a fraud, and is false advertising for what is actually going on once you order.

This company needs to be stopped.
