I purchase what locked like pant suite on-line on 3.19.21. I did not rec'd these items until 5.7.2. There was no communication between those dates. When the items were eventually rec'd, I found poor quality, inferior material. Unfit to ware outside. The material is so thin, it would be more suited for pajamas or lounge ware. The items are not true to size. I actually was a 2X but to be safe since the were inexpensive, I ordered a 3X. Both the top and bottom were at least 3 sizes to small and the color is faded. To top that off, there is no return address or phone number, just and email address([email protected]. I have emailed them 3X requesting a return. My order number is HN4523. The first response was that they are in China and it would cost me too much to send items back and offered me no refund but a 30% discount on my next order, Second request for refund tells me to give them to someone else and accept a 40% discount on the next order. I don't want these items I want my refund which according to their refund policy, I'm qualified for.
