Scammed by Horus Gifts

I bought three cups that I thought were Stanley cups and to my surprise when I opened them not a one were Stanley. All three are cheap tumblers and one Stanley logo is way off to the right close to the handle. One cup is completely white and sublimated. Very disappointing. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and Horus Gifts can’t be reached at all.

They were supposed to be selling custom engraved Stanley tumblers . When we received it the bottom had the vacuum seal off and a lead bead exposed. Also there was no markings on the bottom for Stanley and there was marking inside which means it was a knock off yet they claimed it was real. They only offered a $20 refund unless we wanted to pay international shipping to Vietnam. This is not okay since it was not a real Stanley and it is dangerous due to the lead seal exposed. The business address on the site says Boulder Colorado but they are in Vietnam. 1942 Broadway St. STE 314C Boulder Colorado 80302 is the address used and if you google that address it is for a different business.
