I went to the Horditrack website and made a purchase on 5/19/2023. I initially was suspicious when reviewing the website and pricing of items, but since they accepted paypal, I felt there was little risk if something was, in fact, a scam. I purchased a life size Halloween animatronic for $63.64 (which I thought was too good to be true, especially since it was supposedly shipped for free). After the purchase went through, there was a pop up stating my order was successful. However there was no order number (which I found to be suspicious), and I never received a confirmation email for this supposed order. All I received was a notification via email from paypal regarding the transaction. I waited a few days and emailed the seller/company on 5/22/2023 via the email address listed on their website. I referenced the paypal transaction number since that was all I had to identify this order and asked about an order number, shipping info, and why I never received an email confirmation. I never heard back so I filed a dispute with paypal on 6/1/2023. The seller responded on 6/2/2023 providing a tracking number for the order from USPS that stated it was mailed first class and was delivered at or in my mailbox. I NEVER received this item, and when I tried to get more info from USPS regarding this order, they said that my address and the address it was mailed to did not match??? Also, if it was a lifesize item, there is no way it would have been delivered at or in my "mailbox". It would have had to be delivered at my door. There was no acknowledgment or reply from the company when I attempted to contact them to inquire about this purchase. This is absolutely a SCAM. Paypal denied my case and the "seller" gets to keep my money. I have no idea how this scam works, but it is 100% a scam operation. I want to report this website and company. Also, when I google the "store address", it comes up as a mobile home in some remote part of Texas. The transaction for paypal is absolutely not "horditrack". It came up as Chi tian lian Co. Ltd. And the email was a personal email of [email protected]

The so called company horditrack was supposedly selling a Annabelle doll for $87.06 purchase on March 14th through PayPal and never received an email of information(tracking number) nor did I received the item,I look on PayPal and low and behold the company that was paid was not the same co. It wasn’t even a company that got paid it was a person.. so I then try to reach out to them with the number on the site (863)458-9773 when I clicked on it it gave me another number(800)555-9090 so I called the first number which was disconnected I then called the other number which was the number to frontier airlines. I looked at the tracking and it wasn’t even sent from the state that the company was in which was TX it was so called sent from IL..I reach out to PayPal to put in a claim for a refund on March 17th they send me an email saying they reach out to the company who ironically give them a tracking number which I tracked and coincidentally it was supposedly delivered to me on March 18th. This company is not legitimate and they need to be exposed and if they are legit someone using their info to scam people. Had to let other people know what happened to me so it won’t happen to anyone else.
