Scam! Didn't read the reviews until after I submitted my order for a fishing pole/gear storage cabinet. Company said they would ship my item, I received paper face masks instead. Company offered 75% refund and I keep the masks. Thank goodness I paid via PayPal and just received a full refund!

I ordered a fishing dept finder $87 got a email saying it had shipped and somtime in May a package came, a pair of cheap Ray ban sunglasses. So I emailed them and told them what they had sent ,oh they where sorry must have got mixed up with another order to keep them they would reship again numerous emails keeping me updated on the way it is now August and still nothing so this is a websight selling you what you want, and then they ship you somthing worth $5 and they are making millions scaming people out of money I will never buy again and warn everybody to stay clear of this site

I purchased Baby Stepping Stool on Hooklant site. Instead of sending me baby stepping stool they sent fake RayBan glasses. They sent me multiple other fake tracking number and refused to provide me refund. They will insist on sending package again and again. They are scam, please avoid buying anything from their site.

Hooklant sent me a pair of sunglasses instead of my order which was a Hummingbird fish Finder, and have postponed shipping papers to show what they promised to send... they have sent me phony shipping documents that have no tracking numbers and clearly not US shipping documents...

Hooklant is a scam, they will send you some cheap sunglasses and once you complain they will give you wrong return address to buy time until complaint expires and refund times out. Beware!

I found this via a google search. I paid $65.36 for it. It's not the money, but the fact that a package with the same tracking number came from China with face masks in it. I didn't receive the trolling motor I ordered.

I bought 4tires and on the day I supposedly received the tires I got a necklace but no tires. I filed a complaint with PayPal but was denied because the necklace I received had the tracking number of what was supposed to be tires. To this day I have not gotten the tires or my money.

Website offers quality products at bargain prices. Specializes in mirrors dinnerware and artificial plants. Almost everything is $59. I was looking for a wooden bench and found one on the site that was advertised to have been custom made by jm woodworking in the USA. It was supposed to be shipped free in 4 pieces that would be easily assembled. I was supposed to tell the size and color I wanted but there was no where to specify on the shopping cart. I went ahead and used paypal and paid for it, hoping I would be contacted to give my custom preferences. I was given a 4 digit order number and an item number. I emailed the websites contact with the question how do I communicate my order details? I looked up the name of the website and found some sites that said hooklant was a scam that never sent the product. I checked my paypal to see if I could cancel the payment, but I couldn't because it automatically was accepted. I saw that the payment was sent to a foreign name klavdiialar with what looked like Chinese or foreign writing, the email listed was [email protected]. I reported this to my bank and I have an open case pending. I turned off my debit card and have a new one coming. Today I received an email back from the company that they are very busy and my order will ship in 3 to 5 days. I haven't replied but I wonder, how they could ship it when they don't even know what size or color to send me? What a terrible scam! Please ScamPulse.com get these guys in trouble for this!
