I was using my online banking account App.. The App said I needed to update my account information. I was having trouble completing the update and called the service center for assistance. While I was on hold, the recording said I could be placed on a callback list by pressing 1. I pressed #1 and was put on hold. I heard clicking on the phone line, then a male voice said he was "Officer Donald from the Honolulu Police Department". I asked why was he on the line and for his name. There was a pause maybe 5 seconds or so and I could hear some background voices. I then thought he was a scammer and hung up. I then called the bank after writing the name "Johnny" that showed up on my phone with the number 808-758-8409. After calling the bank back to report the incident to them, I decided to file this report thru the ScamPulse.com
