The ad popped up on Facebook and I thought it was legit. It was for these heating blankets to keep you warm. Once the order was processed on December 12, 2024, I saw that it was coming from a company by the name of Hong Kong Joydo Co., Ltd. That was the only email I received explaining what I ordered. There was no tracking number for any of it. I thought I would have received the items before Christmas so that I could give them as gifts. On December 22, 2024 I emailed the company explaining that I had not received the items and that I wanted a refund. They told me that the items had shipped and that it takes 10-30 days to arrive. I gave it a few more weeks before I checked again, and they proceeded to tell me that the items were delivered and that I should check with my neighbors or check with the Postal Service. They also sent me a link to check the tracking number. When I checked the tracking number, it says that there is no information.
