Absolutely horrendous experience. I ordered a product from them, worth $35. I was sent a 2 Kb file that ended up being corrupt. When I emailed them for the refund, I was contacted by some guy with a completely broken English with no manners and grammar; he said he'd send me a correct file. I told him I wouldn't accept any more files from him because my computer immediately recognized it as a trojan. I had to contact my bank directly because those scammers wouldn't even respond properly to the refund issue. They told me they issued the refund, but there's no sign of it on my bank account. I'm attaching my "conversation" with this person. Beware! This is an absolute scam.

this is a scam ! RUN RUN RUN RUN TRUST ME THID WHO COMPANY AND WEBSITE NEEDS TO BE TAKEN DOWN! I ordered and they sent me a pdf file and irt would not download. They begged me to dispute the order and still no download! I am going to report this and if paypal doesnt get things right im done with them as well ! This is a big SCAM WEBSITE TRUST ME!

Type of a scam Online Purchase

Purchased a .pdf file of a textbook and the file download link only provided a blank file. When reaching out to resolve the issue, I was told the correct version would be sent within 24 hours. 4 days later, I reached out to ask for the correct file, and a different one was sent to me under the file name I requested. Upon opening, was a different text. I have received no response from the vendor and have decided it is likely a scam website.
