Went online to Homesizy and checked to make sure they are in the US as I have been burned by China companies before. Under the "contact" section, I saw a US phone number and email located in California, so I felt this was a safe site. I purchased a hoodie and sweatpants combo from them and just like the other reports have mentioned, they provided and arbitrary delivery date with no tracking or shipping info. I emailed them and received no response. I called them and the number doesn't work. After searching more online I found out this is yet another China Scam company using California as a shell location to comfort buyers. Never received item or refund. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Ordered online from homesizy tried to change or cancel my order but they never answered text messages or never answered the phone or reply to emails

I hate to say it, but I can’t recommend ever dealing with this company. There are some incredible designs, but the fulfillment is so discouraging. Homesizy refused to cancel/refund my order. This was after their tracking number they gave me did not provide any information for the first 10 days and it took another 5 days to even give me a shipped location (somewhere in China). Homesizy admitted through email that their shipping was chaotic, and they requested me to have sympathy for them. That one sided request for sympathy was despite denying my request for a refund. I asked for a refund since the item would apparently not make it on time for Halloween. Having the item arrive past that date defeated the purpose of ordering it. I ordered 20 days in advance, paying a steeper shipping cost, believing I would receive the product within a timely manner. There were no warnings about shipping delays. It’s hard to have sympathy for a company that failed to show any understanding of or sympathy for its customer. Whatever happened to the golden rule anyway? Since then, I have been reading several comments that are suspicious this company is a scam. I would recommend all to be wary of them.

I ordered merchandise. They charged my credit card. They sent an email saying they had a technical problem and would refund my money and I should reorder. They never refunded my money.

Homesizy.com and it’s other websites I’ve found Gearhuman.com and puppyprinty.com are a scam.

They blocked my IP address after inquiry about a delivery date. All of the phone numbers listed on the websites are disconnected. I had to file a dispute with my credit card. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!
