I purchased a one-time cleaning for $19 and two days later they auto-enrolled me in a 6-month long paid membership I did not sign up for or know about and charged me $59. I emailed them 3x explaining that I did not purchase this membership and requesting they refund the $59, cancel the sneaky membership they signed me up for without my consent (and waive their "early termination $100 fee) and lastly, to remove my credit card details from the site, as it is impossible to do so via the UI. Needless to say, they did none of these things.

I thought It was a regular cleaning service but it had tons of hidden fees I wouldn't of known about I tried to cancel it but then after buying the 20 dollar service for a free three hours it auto signed me up for a membership. Then charged me 63 dollars, then when I went to cancel the membership it cost me 113 to cancel the membership that seems illegal. I can't even deactivate the account. My information is on there and I can't get rid of it. This is the worst feeling ever
