Fake home warranty.

- Moody, AL, USA • Apr 25, 2025

They say they're a home warranty business. When you tell them you didn't have a warranty, they tell you that every home comes with a warranty. When asking who the warranty is through, the guy said "Zurich". It's supposed to be a 3 year warranty, you pay $175 to renew, & $175 later (I didn't ask when) & the third year is basically free or paid for.

I know it's a scam, Google confirmed the telephone # as a scam.

I just told the guy I would discuss with my husband and ended the call.

Scammer sent out a Home Warranty Division notice. Saying that registration is required for continue protection. They said this was a warranty replacement notice advising you to contact our offices so you do not have a lapse in coverage and replacements will be covered that reflect your updated paperwork. Call 1-888-413-5452 now before it's too late and your expiration date expires leaving your home at risk of expensive repairs and/or product replacement.

They sent this First Class. This is a SCAM!

I received a letter from Lender Services Home Warranty Division. Their phone number is 888-725-1740. Mailing indicates to contact them to renew my home warranty. I don't have a home warranty. I called them. Company wanted to know what appliances to be covered. I did not give any information. There is no address for the company on the mailing.
