SCAM ..I was going to purchase a beautiful pup I sent $500 but then things didn’t work out so I requested my money back I got text saying OK but have yet to see the money back .. I sent they money through Zelle to a Louis Stout but when I looked up the phone number it belongs to a Warner.. I should’ve done more research BEFORE giving money

We contacted this web site about a puppy, they said it would be $800.00 plus $155.00 shipping. Next day they send a contract and said they will send shipping information soon. Then we get an email saying we need to send them $880.00 for insurance. We said no and the owners said they will take care of it. It wasn't in contract. Then they said puppy will be there at 3:30 the next day. At 3:30 no dog. We called the pet Express and they tell us they dont ship French Bulldogs. We tried to call and text the people back no answer. Then we get an email from pet Express wanting more money, the dog was in another state.
