Business claimed to be renting a unit owners by "Thomas Spencer" despite the tax and conveyance records for the property showing no one with that name. Business said that a security deposit of $500 was needed to tour the property and to proceed with applying for the rental. No proof of ownership or answers to questions were given without the security deposit paid. They also asked me to fill out a form which asked for SSN.
