I made an online purchase from the website on 9/21/26. I never got a confirmation email. The clothing items never came. I contacted my bank to look up the unfamiliar purchase: 3100 BLOOMINGTON 3100 BLOOM for $120.30 on my debit card statement, and my bank was unable to provide more details. I emailed the company through their website. When I used the provided email: [email protected], I got a return email saying there is no such email. There is no phone listed under this company. There were no other charges on my debit card statement. Is there a way to report this? Is there a way to get money back?
