I placed an order on 4/17/25. I received a confirmation for the order: Reference ID: 2025041722203879886470. After 12 days I contact them because I hadn't received any notification that it had shipped. On 4/29/25 I received a tracking number through 17track stating that it had shipped, everything was in chinese so I was not able to see the location. On 5/6/25 the website showed that it had delivered but it definitely did not. These were 2 foldable porch chairs, so they would be hard to miss. I have emailed them again several times to ask for a refund, and they have not replied. There was a link that finally worked to file a dispute, but they wanted my credit card information again, so I did not complete the process.
