I hired Angelica (Anzhelika) VENZEL on Facebook Marketplace ( also on Instagram) to reglaze my tub and tiles. She attended and completed the job however two days later the tile and tub area began to peel and progressively got worse. I contacted her through Facebook messenger requesting that she attend and fix the work she had done. She responded that she would attend at some point in time. We contacted her through Facebook messenger, text and voice message on 8 (eight) occasions. She responded once that she would attend however did not. We left voice messages indicated that we would report her to ScamPulse.com and file for small claims court however she never contacted us. On her business site she claims 100 % guaranteed work. We also had an independent professional assess the work that was performed and were advised that there were steps not followed and inferior products used.
