Type of a scam Home Improvement
He has been working on our house and we paid him a large deposit he never provide the floor materials or a reason as to why he was not able to. The job was supposed to be done in a month but it's been almost 6 months.
He keeps coming and leaving and most of the time he says he will come but he does not come while I wait at home for him for hours.
Excuse such as he has family problems, injured his ribs, his car broke down, states the material wasn't in yet a few times..
Robin is unreliable and untrustworthy.
My husband and I were very patient, and provided multiple options to rectify the situation or how to go about moving forward he would not work with us.....
He continued to Miss deadlines and eventually failed to show up for a 4/5 days to a week at times... Ultimately we needed to hire another contractor to complete the project.
Unfortunately the only option we are left with is going forward with small claims court however as they say you cannot get blood from a stone.... Primarily we are hopeful that providing this review could save somebody from going through what we have gone through with him.
