Since then, I’ve repeatedly contacted them — they’ve made multiple empty promises to return (Wednesday, Friday, Monday, etc.) but never showed up. The owner keeps dodging my calls and won’t respond after promising specific times.
To make things worse, they also damaged parts of my property, including the driveway, chimney, and retaining wall.
I am now forced to hire a new contractor to fix and complete the work — and will be pursuing legal action to recover damages.
This company is highly unreliable and unprofessional and should be avoided at all costs. Please do your research before trusting them with your time, money, or home.
