The technician came to my home looked at my appliance said what he felt was wrong with. It told me it would cost $750. Schedule a time to come back after he left I realized that what he said was wrong with it was not the issue and I actually fixed it myself. When I called to tell him That that was not the problem that I wanted to cancel my part and he said it would take 10 days to get the money back. So after 10 days I called and he was in the hospital with pneumonia. So I looked up his name and saw really bad reviews for he had taken other people’s money so I called him again And he cussed at me and told me I’d get my **** money when he got out of hospital. We texted back-and-forth and then he made it sound like it was his sister or somebody texted me saying how heartless I was because he was in the hospital in a coma, etc. So I use my granddaughter’s phone to call his number and he actually answered it has been since December 31 and he has not returned my money.
