Paid money for services and materials all I received was a hole in my back and front yard also damage to the side property. Work was never completed when asking for a refund the owner refused and said, "You will have to take me to court".

He kept saying "I needed to pay for the material in advance" but nothing was delivered! There were multiple excuses why he could not attend the job and complete it. Including asking me to rent equipment in my name.

He Prefers CASH and I gave him an e-transfer + some in cash. all of this was documented and signed
