NAME came to my home and gave me an estimate to replace the roof on my barn. He said he needed half the amount ($7,250.00) up front so he could purchase the materials needed. He told me he was going to start work the following week. He did not show up. At first he was replying to my calls and text messages when I kept asking what the delay was. His excuse was he was waiting on a dumpster to be delivered and had already ordered the materials.

After weeks had gone by he stopped replying. I took him to court and won the case however he never showed up. Also filed him with the county clerk in Herkimer.

I found him on Facebook and saw other complaints against him. I found two other people he scammed thousands of dollars from.
