They say you qualify for a government grant and once you send the fee for shipping and doing the paper work you'll receive your monies . Say to use a pay card like amazon cmscrarch it and send a pic to them. I have even said to they you should have to send monies to receive any. They don't answer the question. Would e verg nice to receive monies over 2hundrsd thou but I felt this was a scam. Thank God I didnt send or show anything

The scammer contacted me through facebook messenger using one of my trusted friends profiles. They started off with a normal conversation then asked if I heard about the current program going on. After saying no they told me a little bit about it, which got me interested. They told me to hold on a moment so they could get a hold of an agent for me. After this they told me who the agent was and that they would be sending me a friend request. I then added the agent and started talking with him through messenger. He asked me for my full name, phone number, birth date, and address, along with my email address. He then told me to hold on while he had the head lawyer look over all of my information which also included how much I make each month. When he came back he said I was approved and I could either have them choose a grant for me or since I have to pay a delivery fee, I could choose one that I could afford. I decided to go with one I could afford, but when I told him facebook wasn't secure to discuss payment procedures he was hessitatant. Finally we started emailing back and forth, and first he asked me if there was a wells Fargo or a bank of America around. When I told him no and gave him what banks were around including the options to western union and money gram, he was really quick at jumping at the chance for money gram. When I told him I did not have the money today, that he would have to wait till after the first of the month he started to get extremely pushy. He even went to the extent of wanting me to send whatever much money I had on me today to him to get the process started. I finally convinced him to wait, but he is expecting some sort of correspondence from me soon. After looking at my friends profile on facebook I noticed that some of her friends posted on her timeline stating that her account may have been hacked.
