I ordered one bottle back in 2020 and they keep sending me pills and charging my account when I try to call them it says the number is no longer in service I guess my next step is going to the bank to see if they can help.

WELL HELL I GOT SCAMMED TOO. MY BANK HAS REVERSED CHARGES FOR MONTHS AND I EVEN GOT A NEW CARD CAUSE I COULDN'T FIGURE OUT OR REMEMBER HOW I ORDERED ONLY 1 BOTTLE... WELL HELL THEY ARE STILL BILLING. I'M GOING TO HAVE TO CLOSE ACCOUNT AND OPEN A NEW ONE TO STOP THIS. I FEEL SO STUPID. NEVER BEEN SCAMMED BEFORE. TRIED TO EMAIL,PHONE THESE PEOPLE AND NOTHING... DON'T EVER USE THESE SCAMMERS!

I keep getting pills and recently realized i was being billed for them too.

Has anyone tried to return the pills and got a refund.
Unable to notify them, really dont want to cancel my card, but need this change to

I made a single online purchase of 2 bottles for price of 1 for 9.99$ in Jan of 2020. I did receive the bottles promptly. Since then, my credit card has been charged 9.99 every month. I called the number on the statement (833-955-0172) as the website was not available, nor a valid email. When I called the recording stated that "all circuits were busy". I have reported this is fraud to my credit card, but they state they are unable to cancel the subscription since I initially authorized the purchase. I did not authorize recurrent payment nor did I receive product for the amount that has been charged to my account which is over 1100$.

I ordered Hollywood keto fit and I keep getting charged in my bank account. I ordered it once and can't get the charges to stop . I've tried to cancel it . There is no contact email yo cancel it. I've been looking up on line trying to cancel it and can't find any contact info on how to cancel it. Im being charged 25.00 dollars a month . Im a single mother and can't afford for this money to be taken every month. I've lost out on 200.00 at this point.

I ordered this product one time and I'm still receiving it monthly. I tried numerous times to cancel with no avail. I've lost 100's of dollars. I've tried to do a cancel payment but the bank is also unable to stop the payment due to it being a monthly purchase. I do not purchase this every month! i also did not sign up for a re-occuring purchase. ive been scammed and i need help on hoe to fix this situation.

i just seen on my bank acct. a w/d of 9.98 .not knowing what this is i , called the phone number it gave and its a collision auto shop not Hollywoodketo fit. i saw its a scam when i googled it.

HOLLYWOOD KETO FIT via facebook offered 1 bottle free to try and I guess I assumed i would pay shipping only, YES my stupid mistake here but quickly they took $244 out of my account and thanked me for my 7 bottle 7 month order------I immediately called number given 833 954 0172 to complain and cancel and once the robot (real person reading a script) heard my issue I was told they dont cancel and they cant help me and hung up ---I tried 3 times, i called my bank attemtping to cancel payment but of course with our modern technology HOLLYWOOD KETO FIT already has my money---unauthorized of course I only asked for 1 bottle to try they sent and charged me for 7 and I guess 1 free so 8!!!!! So i will be recieving these in mail---shipping probably charged to me-----

WHY does creator of REAL KETO not warn the world and suckers like me of which website and products are really them , I know this has to be a knock off or they wouldnt be stealing or taking my money like this with no real rep's to talk to------OF course they say when I get my dam 7 bottles request a RMA or return but will charge me a fee for each bottle returned..........OMG i havent been scammed before and this hurts my wallet and pride-----they totally suckered me just for wanting help to lose weight and get fit.....UGGGGGG
