Selling Christmas sweaters. Ordered on November 12, have not received anything. Website promised 2 weeks. Had contacted company via facebook and they have responded with generic messages and excuses. I asked for a refund and they would not provide one. It has been a month and they now ignore my messages requesting for an update on the sweater. No tracking information has been sent.
