Ordered two pair of shoes, in March, it’s now July, said delivery date, ALL A SCAM. MONEY GIVEN IN GOOD FAITH, SHOES NEVER CAME. TRACKING SAID THEY WERE DELIVERED, I HAVE CAMERAS, THEY WERE NOT DELIVERED. NO ONE TO CONTACT , JUST A EXPENSIVE LESSON. CROOKS

This company is fake. Don't buy!!

This company is a scam. The address on their website is an apartment in Brooklyn and there is another address in L.A. that is fake. The phone number is fake. Had to call my bank to report fraud so I get my money back. I emailed the FBhokaonlinestore.com and it was in half English and Chinese on the bottom. I kept emailing them to cancel my order and of course they don't respond. Don't buy from this company. Lost $36.00.

Ordered a pair of Hoka on Feb 28. Waited for a reply finaly got a email was in transit for about 60 days from when i ordered April 27 they arrived. They were wrong color was supposed to be a 10 1/2 recived 9 1/2. Sent a email still no reply. Still waiting can't fiind any other information.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes online, made transaction order confirmed. Then waited a bit for the shoes to ship. once shipped i seen that they came from China, so i emailed saying if they were legit and they said it was on the way and if i wasn't sure about them then i can ask for a refund. Well since they responded and they were shipped already i figured okay let me check them out. Well it took a while like 13 days (package in transit) til they were finally delivered. Well i checked and they were delivered to somewhere in MN and I'm in IL. I emailed them saying that they sent to wrong address and how & where did they get the MN address. And of course no reply now. I called the number and no answer.
