They are selling thousands of fake listings from our brand, and other completely unaffiliated brands, at ridiculously discounted prices. They seem to be specifically targeting my brand though.
My small business sells handmade, one-of-a-kind items, so there is quite literally no way that this company has these items on hand.
They have duplicated our exact product listings, including non-products, products that are not publicly available, and sold-out products. I'm not sure how they got access to these, but I think it may be some kind of AI or bot scam that is trolling through archived website pages or something.
I became aware of these impersonators when a concerned customer contact me via my shop's online contact form.
