I ordered two hoodies from this place. Worst customer service ever! Tried to get a hold of them via email to ask a question regarding the price and got back to me a week later and then I sent a follow up question and got no reply. It wasn't until I literally had to tell them they had the "worst" customer service ever that they responded with a shipping date (a month and a half later). I received the hoodies and was so disappointed in the quality, very cheap quality and the print is so thin you can see the color of the hoodie underneath. very disappointed! not worth the money!

Same as everyone here. We purchased in a August. I message Cole lequier dirscrly on insta and he replied asking for my tracking number. I spammed every channel they are on and finally heard from the email for HB asking for tracking number and they sent a tracking that states it has left Latvia. He does need reporting how od we do get him shut down?

Same thing just happened. Paid express shipping and nothing. Paid in full. No replies to email or phone calls. Wonder how many hundreds or thousands of orders came in so far before christmas at $53.00 minimum a pop. How many kids have spent their hard earned money. Someone is managing the site as the prices have been changing for black Friday etc.. This needs to be elevated. This is clear cut fraud. Taking money with the intent of never fullfilling the order. Looking at these reviews and the November 19th post by "MyQueen", This guy lives in Barrie as for the phone number "MyQueen" posted (705-309-1241). Not sure how it was obtained and if it's correct. If it is the number and he does reside in Barrie, why not contact the Barrie Police Service and see what can be done. I will be. If he has a registered business, his name is also registered to that business and I think these posts pretty much spell it out as to what is happening here.

Kid ordered a hoodie without asking and I emailed the guy asking to cancel the order. He said it can't be cancelled and that there is no office to send a return to. Then quit responding. A month later still not responding to written and phone requests to tell me where the item is. My bank gave me this [censored]'s number: 705-309-1241. Blow up his line.

Bought my sweatshirt on May 17th. It’s been exactly 7 months with no shipping and no response to any of my emails or DMs. Their comments are turned off on all their posts about their merch so I can’t even leave a comment about it. If I can’t get my hoodie then i want my $50 back, but that’ll never happen because they won’t respond to any of my emails.

Ordered a sweatshirt off this website for my brothers birthday. After the purchase I got an email confirming my order and notifying me my credit card was charged. The email said my order would ship in 5-14 business days and I should expect delays due to covid. After 14 days my brother had still not received the sweatshirt. I emailed the costumer service email and got this message.

"sorry to hear this! I will send this to our fufillment team and get you a response to see where your order is at! have you still gotten no updates so far? mabye check junk mail!

Sorry for the delayed response, we are in office all week now.

I waited a week and they never got back with me I emailed them two more times and haven't heard back. Do not order from this website! I am working with the credit card company now to try and get a refund.

Purchased 2 certified beauty hoodies back in March of 2020, have sent multiple emails, have been told it was sitting at the post office, that it has to be shipped from over seas and used COVID-19 as an excuse for the delay. I will contact my credit card company to request the refund and I suggest everyone use their social medias to spread the word about this scammer so they do not get another cent.

Same experience...should have researched the company better before submitting the order. Ordered on May 4th, not a single shipping update has been received and the website is now “under construction”. Has anyone been successful in getting a refund? Also, has anyone seen any other fraudulent charges as a result of your interaction with this company?

Similar experiences. Ordered a hoodie mid-March with 2 weeks shipping. Checked back April 24th and was told it was on it's way with a semi-reliable tracking link. Tracking 5/20 still shows the same as it did on 4/24 which is 'shipped abroad'. I will be giving them 1 day to respond to my question and will file a claim with my credit card company for reimbursement.

I too had placed an order for a sweater some time back and paid for the expedited shipping. I sent an email and was responded to from [email protected] stating that due to the usa and canadian fulfillment centers being closed due to covid-19, my item is being shipped from Europe. Further saying to allow 2 more weeks on top of the original 9-17 days to arrive. I am able to report a fraudulos business and get my money back which i'm not worried about. Has anyone else had a similar email thread or experience?

I made an on-line purchase of a 'Certified Beauty Burgundy Hoodie' for my son's birthday. I ordered it 29 March 2020 for his upcoming birthday. I reached out to the contact point on 20 April and received an email back the same day from Mr. Lequier that he would reach out to his fulfilment team for an update. I reached out again 24 and 25 April but no response. A google search found some online threads claiming that this is the typical method for this company to have one response and nothing afterwards.
