I never received my item!

Ordered Dec 5th, was told it would be delivered within 7-9 business days. Contacted them Dec 14th as it still hadn’t shipped. Was reassured in writing that “your order will arrive plenty before Christmas, don’t worry”. Contacted them again Dec 22nd, no response. It’s now the evening of Dec 23rd with no item in sight. There goes that Christmas gift. Very disappointed. Now I’m out almost $75. I guess I next need to file a dispute with my credit card. PS, tried to get their attention on social media, but instead of answering me, they deleted my comment, so they know I’m trying to get ahold of them to get my item or preferably a refund. Beware!

Can’t find my order

Spent $192.21 on hoodies, t-shirt and a hat for my son. We placed the order on August 14, 2022. I never received an email with confirmation or order number. So I can’t track the order. I have emailed the customer service and they replied they need the order number. I emailed 3 more times, but they stopped replying.
But they charged my credit card right away!
I’m so mad!

I ordered 4 hoodies for Christmas gifts. Credit card charged $250. No confirmation of order nor tracking number. Messaged a few times with little response. I’m assuming my boys will not be getting their Christmas gifts? I’m so upset. Never order from this so called company.

Scammed my daughter with clearly false promises. Made the order and never shipped after they told her they would rush it once she bought something. Now they won't reply to me about it. Scammed out of almost $70. I will be reporting to my credit card company now.

My son ordered a sweatshirt on July 12. I became very suspicious when we got one email and then nothing. We were promised to have our merchandise within 16 days. I think came online to discover that this website must be a scam. Tried emails, DM’s on Instagram, but no luck. Credit card company is now going after them to get money refunded.

After ordering in 2020 and after a very long wait with a couple emails requests and phone calls, we did finally receive our order for our son after Christmas 2021. Hopefully everyone else's order worked out.

Ordered a sweatshirt off this website for my son on March 31. After the purchase I got an email confirming my order and notifying me my credit card was charged. It has been almost 2 months and I have not received the order. I had emailed them several times to the email address stated on their website as well as on the confirmation email but we have not been able to receive any reply.

My Daughter ordered a hooded sweatshirt in December of 2020 through Instagram and used her email to order it. We were charged twice and still haven’t received anything. I have never received any tracking/shipping number. I’ve been trying to correspond for months with absolutely no luck. A quick search helped me figure out who the “ young entrepreneur “ is at Hockey Benders. His name I’m assuming, is Cole Lequier and a quick search will reveal that I’m certainly not the first person that has been burned by this kid. He also has online courses on how to become him.

I ordered a certified beauty hoody in October. They sent no tracking information. I’ve emailed them multiple times and they just humor me dragging it on and on. Now they don’t even reply back anymore. This website is a scam. The guy running it is an investor stealing people’s money to invest and pay for all of his expensive habits. Hockey Benders is a hoax.

I ordered a certified beauty hoodie. It took 2 months to get it and it is the wrong size. There is no customer service and no one anwering my many emails to get an exchange. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS GUY!

We ordered an Always Bardownski sweatshirt for our son on 12/14/2020. We paid the $41.68 + $1.25 for the processing fee. The money came out of our account and we waited the 7-16 days for the item to arrive. It is now 1/20/2021 and we still have not gotten an update on our order. Despite many tries to get in touch with the company. We get a silly response saying COVID is the cause, but based upon the reviews on this site … this is an ongoing problem for the company. We have contacted our financial institution and we are disputing the charge in an attempt to get our money back. Run, not walk away from this company. It's a college kid scamming people and making major money off of unsuspecting people.

I placed an order for a hoodie in the beginning of December, a Christmas gift for my son. I received a confirmation of the purchase but never a delivery date. I paid for it and has never heard from HockeyBenders. No reply on my three e-mails. I have asked for a cancellation of the order and a refund but no answer. I didn´t realize the huge difference in consumer protection between Europe and US. I feel completely ripped off and powerless. I will never again purchase anything online outside of the EU.

My grand child wanted a hoodie advertised by this site. I placed an order on 17 Dec. 2020. On the 07 Jan 2021 still had not received the product so I e-mailed the co. No response. Unfortunately I am out $63.00. The site looks authentic enough at first glance. When I had not received the product I read their disclaimer which stated that due to Covid they were approximately 17 days behind in shipping items. I thought that could be but it was then I realized there was no actual address and no telephone number. No doubt in my mind this is a scam.

I ordered a "tendy" hoodie for my son for his 12th birthday
