I ordered sneakers, from a website called hisneaker.shop (https://hisneaker.shop/order-track/) - they gave me this Order #75732, my order was placed on 2024-02-02 and they keep saying its currently Processing. They charged me and I paid for it with my credit card, $99.80 (total lost $100.00), they don't have a phone. I emailed them several times at [email protected]; they scammed me for a pair of sneakers. They refuse to get back to me, I have a copy of the invoice, a copy of my credit card bill showing the charge. on the website it says contact us, i tried several times and nothing, they don't write back at all. Also, they are located about 20 mins away from me in NY, USA. The phone number i entered is mine, ** ***** ****** ** ************* ** ***** ** ******************. Can you please get back to me, I am in dire Straits.

I ordered tennis sneakers on the hisneaker.shop website. I received an email saying that the order had been processed. The sneaker size was wrong. I emailed the two emails that I saw ([email protected] and [email protected]) but received no reply. I googled the website name and saw information that is a potential scam. I ordered the sneakers on 12/29/23, but they have not been shipped yet. I would hope that some organization can shut down this website. An email I received said the $99.80 payment (a total of $100 lost) went to Brenda Matthews via Pay Pal. I am contacting Pay Pal also about this situation. Citi Card is reimbursing me the $99.80 but I would like to protect others and prosecute the person doing this scam. Thank you!
