We did not recieve our Eagles tickets ordered online from Seat Geeks for a show in Las Vegas Sept 19th, confirm number 6p2-l4nnGQN. I followed up with customer service 844-285-7327, the line was scratchy so the representative called back from 206-424-5172. I was told i needed to set up in pay pal an account using my debit card for the amount of the tickets then once that was done the tickets would be transferred to my wallet. I set up two assist apps so the rep could help with this process. One assist app was Zoho assist and toward the end of the scam i did get an email from Zoho and filed a complaint that it appeared Seat Geeks using their assist platform for a scam [email protected]. The Seat Geeks rep had me set up pay pal, I actually transferred $500 to 346-430-0716, which i didn't actually realize i had done until a couple days later. I was told and I thought i was transferring money to my pay pal account. (I obviously didn't understand how that all worked. The scammer only got the $500 not $1500 because i did not have that much money in my checking. The Seat Geeks rep got my name, address, dob and last four of my social security number. They also were helping with assist in my phone. I followed up with a different Seat Geeks number after the scam to file a complaint. 888-497-4335. They did not seem particularly interested in what i had to say. It was indicted to me that they 844 number i originally called was a Seat Geeks vendor.
