I ordered a couple of "Spark Paws" dog jackets. This company is not "Spark Paws". I did not get my order, the said there was 2 supposed deliveries. It took over 2 months of shipping and I never received my order. it was been another month and still no refund.

I then asked for a refund and they will only refund 70% of my order. I still have not received my refund. DO NOT USE this company!! Big, BIG scam :(

Spark paws scam

Clicked on an Instagram ad for sparkpaws, turned out to be a spoof website. Ordered $60 of stuff. Never received a confirmation email.

Challenged via credit card and promptly got an email from [email protected] claiming to have issued a refund.

Every email reply after i asked for tracking information, never had a personal signature at the bottom and their language/way of speaking was off also. The website affiliated with the site link that I ordered from, is now totally different clothing.

I clicked on a sicial media ad for what I thought was a legitimate company. I did not notice it took me to a spoofed version of their website until a few weeks later when I started looking into why my products hadn't arrived. I attempted to use their tracking and contacted them via email. They were responsive on email that products were en route, but when nothing changed after another week, I contacted my credit card company to issue a refund. Products still have not arived.
