I ordered a recumbant excercise bike. Received updates on shipping. Received notice it was delivered. It was not delivered to my address. Tried to contact customer service but no answer. Tried to go to website - no longer able to access.

Placed an online order with the company on 12/12/24, money for transaction was immediately taken out of account. I have since checked the website for the status of my order and it is still stating not shipped. I have emailed both customer service emails listed on the company website ([email protected] and [email protected] ) 1/6/25, 1/13/25, 1/14/25 and 1/16/25 without being contacted by the company regarding the status of my order. When attempting to email the [email protected] address I receive a notice back that my emails have failed to send. I also have attempted to contact both phone numbers listed on the company website (8455049155 and 6502319771), with the number ending in 9155 having a continuous business signal, and the number ending in 9771 stating the phone number has changed.
