This person offers medical marijuana fast delivery, money back guarantee if not happy also. They have you place an order then send money to them separately. Once you confirm the money is sent they are supposed to ship your order. I did so ordering the site minimum order amount. Then was contact saying I need to increase my order due to covid shipping issues, when I asked for a refund I was told that wasn't possible but I wouldn't be disappointed with the products and would be given some free things if I increased the order. So I reluctantly did so and sent the money for the increased amount. Was then told to give them some time to get my order ready. A few hours later I was told I needed to send 350 for insurance on my package that would be refunded to me when the package was delivered. I emailed them before purchasing anything to see if there were any shipping qualifications and got told nothing about this through my whole interaction with the company. I told them I would not send anymore money and wanted a refund. The company fought back and forth with me about this telling me I am being complicated and should just send the money. They would not issue a refund, remember the site says money back guarantee if you aren't happy. But I can't get money back for a purchase I never got and no compensation for not being told up front about the 350 insurance I need to pay. Mind you the insurance is to be sent to them they pay it and some how I'm supposed to get it refunded to me by the insurance people who I have no idea of who the insurance people are so not sure how they could send me a refund. I asked for the insurance information so I could pay them directly not send money to a company that has been giving me the run around and already had 375 of my money. That was also not an option. I asked for them to cover the insurance and they take the refund, also not an option. At this point they told me they were done talking to me and too bad. So now I sit here with nothing I ordered and a lose of 375 because they can't send me my money back I'm just supposed to keep sending them more. Very upsetting for someone in these struggling times.
