Ordered their product....money taken out immediately....sent me a email that they received my order and shipping date to follow..,,been 2 months and no contact...have tried to contact them several times....

I purchased two orders from HiddenGem on December 11, 2020 totaling over $140.00. I expected the product before Christmas, it is now February 8, 2021. I have not received the product. I have written over 8 times to [email protected], but have received no reply. The company website now says: "Hmmm… can't reach this page" when I attempted to get more information to contact them. I found an address, but it turned out to be a leasing firm. They are trying to reach the renters (HiddenGem) who seem to no longer be there. All I want is a refund, but they won't even answer my messages.
