HH Global Reports & Reviews (4)

There is an employment scam pretending to offer a job as Remote Video Editor at HH Global. I was contacted by "Jessica Hall" and "James Douglas", neither of whom work at HH Global which is a legitimate company. I was never asked for a portfolio or proof of my work, and was asked to do a text-based interview which were both suspicious. Upon contacting the actual company directly, I was informed that there is no such job opening and they are currently working on shutting down the scammers.

Yes, I can confirm this is exactly the same thing that happened to me. The same names, the same title, the same interview process.

You also won't be able to find them or their positions on LinkedIn and "James'" title claims to be a Senior VP position so it is suspicious he wouldn't be on LinkedIn. Also, the email address this scam uses ends in "hhglobalscareers.com" while the real employee emails end in "hhglobals.com". Ignore any emails from James Douglas claiming to be from HH Globals.

They sent me an invitation to interview. The interview was “text-based” on an app. Just a day after this they sent me a job offer form. They claimed to send a company endorsed MacBook and iPhone that I had to send money for, that they claimed would be reimbursed.

I got a job offer from HH Global as a video editor. However I was initially weary at first for the interview took place over an app called wire. Then on Tuesday they called me and said I got accepted and I signed the documents. After my HR wire messaged me abs said I need a second cell phone and she has a vendor that I can send the money too. That’s when I got a weary.
