This was a Facebook advertisement for a popular perfume oil called Hareem Al Sultan. I placed the order on 06/14/2023 and received the package yesterday, 7/10/2023. I received a bottle made to look like the genuine product, it was bubble wrapped and taped, did not come in a box and the bottle was empty. There was absolutely nothing in the bottle. When I contacted their customer service ([email protected]) I was told to return the bottle to 71# Zhanqian Road, Fengquan District, Xinxiang City, Henan Province, 453000 China. I explained to them that it would cost me as much as the purchase price to send an empty bottle all the way back to China. I did not receive any response to that e-mail.
