I thought I was buying from the actual Hey Dude website. Once I placed my order I got a confirmation number with the order date, however, in the order date there were another language symbol in the date. The order total on my order confirmation was $46.00 and it stated my order number. I went to then look at the confirmation email which I did not. I never got a confirmation email. The total that was charged to my card was $47.33 not the total on the confirmation page of $46.00. I then went to try and contact the page to cancel the order and noticed there was no phone number but had a US address in California. I also thought the email was strange as it was listed as [email protected]. I then went to compare info to the actual hey dude website which has a listed phone number, email and option to talk to someone online about concerns. I NEVER received a confirmation email or an email response to me asking for my order to be canceled. There was NO phone number to contact this company to cancel my order either. DO Not order from this website... http://heydudesoffical.us.com/
