I thought I was buying from the actual Hey Dude website. Once I placed my order I got a confirmation number with the order date, however, in the order date there were another language symbol in the date. The order total on my order confirmation was $46.00 and it stated my order number. I went to then look at the confirmation email which I did not. I never got a confirmation email. The total that was charged to my card was $47.33 not the total on the confirmation page of $46.00. I then went to try and contact the page to cancel the order and noticed there was no phone number but had a US address in California. I also thought the email was strange as it was listed as [email protected]. I then went to compare info to the actual hey dude website which has a listed phone number, email and option to talk to someone online about concerns. I NEVER received a confirmation email or an email response to me asking for my order to be canceled. There was NO phone number to contact this company to cancel my order either.
