I thought I was purchasing Hey dude shoes from Pinterest on an ad that popped up I ordered 5 pairs and got tracking. It said I would receive them kept checking tracking. Nothing then I realized they were coming from China so I waited and contacted who I thought was a company that said they were reputable which they weren’t after one month finally said it was in Los Angeles customs, cleared customs supposedly and still nothing. I waited and the tracking said it was delivered on Christmas Day. Which I know everything is shut down on Christmas Day.. After I had ordered which I thought was hey dude the company was sending me emails was Rustrule. So beware definitely scam.

Saw a Hey Dude ad on Tok Tok for some super cheap Hey Dudes and thought I would take advantage of this great "deal". Ordered at the beginning of November. Sent multiple emails to the "help" email. They sent "logistics" emails. Said delivered. Definitely have not seen this package.

Ordered from Facebook post Hey Dudes at discounted prices. Email shows myremcfold but charges show from smilearianchicfash. Showing delivered after 29days but nothing received. Company reshipped and after 14 days same thing shows delivered. Email states courier service area delivery issue but they won't give what courier it is. Advised they would offer 70% reimbursement from courier. SCAM for sure.

I saw the ad on Facebook for a sale. Thankfully I only ordered one pair on July 6. Emailed them at the end of July with no response. The tracking info would not work. Emailed them again at the beginning of august. They apologized for delay and saiid the order was shipped. They gave me a new tracking number. When I look it up it says missing package and details in it looks like Chinese.
