Why haven't these people been shutdown I made a order for three pairs of hey dude clearance shoes which came to be $58 and this was 17 days ago and I received a tracking number and it has not changed off of saying shipping origin preparing shipment In over two weeks. Why are these people still able to steal money from others? I want my money back of which I have emailed these scammers three times with absolutely no response back.

I googled "Hey Dude" shoes and purchased a pair for my boyfriend off of the first website that came up. It was a fraudulent website (which I did not know since I never bought this brand before) and the are refusing to give me a refund. The shoes are equivalent to a piece of card board - beware of their website. They even sent me a receipt with the name "Hey Dudes" at the top. But it is all fraudulent.

I put in two orders on this website after a couple weeks I had not heard anything so I contacted hey dude shoes and they inform me through email that this website is a fraudulent website and that this website is not affiliated endorsed or authorized with hey dude shoes
