I have ordered a pair of shoes

I bought the shoes and the money transfer went through right away then I kept asking for shipping tracking number by email and there is no response and the emails do not go through. I am beyond myself I poor and I have bad feet so I was told to try these shoes and I got robbed. No shoes no tracking number feet still hurt Sandra Nelson

Always pay with PayPal

I ordered shoes from the heydudesoutlet.com with my PayPal account (thankfully). Immediately realized I was scammed when I got on my PayPal and some guy named Brad Hall was who the money was sent to. Emailed the company which wasn't a legit email. Emailed PayPal and got my money back within a couple weeks. This is why I always pay with PayPal if I can. Easy to work with and I always get my money back.

Just checked and could no longer find the website. Hopefully, it got taken down.

Hey dudes

Pretty much same scenario as all the other complaints. The hey dudes link took us to hey duds….however the website said it was hey dudes until we finished the order and received an order confirmation for “hey duds”. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone of the company to cancel quickly. Still haven’t received money back or three pairs of shoes. Neil Wakefield’s PayPal is where our money went to. Looks like they were “heydudsusa”, the. Changed it to “heydudsoutlet” now we can’t find a website at all.

Clicked on Google ad, fake site

I clicked on a Google ad for a Hey dude outlet store. Next day I tried to go back to the website and it did not exist and now I notice that the E is missing from dude. I don't expect to recieve this product. I will see if PayPal will refund my money.

Hey dude shoes

On October 16th I ordered 3 pair of hey dude shoes from heydudeoutlets.com. I didnt realize I had clicked on a pop up and left the real hey dude shoes online store. I have attempted to contact them multiple times to get an update on the order. They responded a few times blaming supply chain. Since December I have attempted multiple additional times to contact them to just get my money back and they are no longer responding.

Should have known better!

I ordered 3 pairs almost 3 months ago, every time I contact them I get a different story that contradicts the story before. They finally sent me a tracking number but it also is a bogus number. Then they offered me 10% off , really they have already got my money so I asked 10% off of what.

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes thinking they were Hey Dudes. The shoes were even named Wendy and Wally just like the real deal. It took almost 2 months to come in. The shoes are cheaply made and are not authentic Hey Dudes. They do not even have the Hey Dude name on them. This site is a scam.

I made an order on a website heydudeoutlets.com, the products on the website were all actual hey dude shoes. I made the other, took 2 months to get the order once they came the shoes had a horrible toxic smell, they were made from horrible material and obviously not Hey Dudes. They didn't say Hey Dudes on them, they were fake Hey Dudes. I have been trying to get my money back, they are offering me a $10 refund, I keep telling them I want a full refund and a return shipping label. I have filed a fraudulent claim with my bank to try and get my money back.
