I was attempting to install my new HP printer , i needed help as a a widow kept offering help but i had to pay for it like their instant ink program. i got thru to a voice ats of today i dont know if this 1st voice was human or AI. Then a technichen Mark Patell 1-312-777-9676 7 am on feb 26 last contact with him was March 5. then Ken Johnson 1-808-201-8768 . he was human, said id been hacked 44 times , had been able to intercept , it had been done via the wifi, my computer had no firewall. told me i had to deposit $ into Bitcoin machine. This went on until March 18 sum of 14,300. 6 times deposited into bitcoin machine. Last time he called me March 19, this is the call when i asked what excuse he had for not getting the $ back to me and I asked him who did he work for and this is when he said Microsoft. never spoke to him again and the number rings 6 times and says something to the effect "subscriber is not available .... ive never been contacted
