Ordered from them 7/7/23 pack of 4 garden dwarf spikes for a friends birthday. 1 arrived on the 14th and emailed to complain where were the other three, no response, and email to them bounced back by Microsoft as undeliverable to the address given on paypal page. Now trying to get money back via Paypal but they ask for a page link to the company, none available. Total rubbish from company and also petty restrictions from Paypay. Only 1 gnome of 4 ordered has been delivered

This company never sent my order that was paid for through PayPal. They have been unresponsive to my email. Also sent email to the shipping company which shows tracking after 5/26/23.

I ordered 3 items got 2 after many emails received a note saying they were sent separately and still have not received it.They won't respond to emails. No information on how to get ahold of them any other way

during ordering process the site disappeared from the screen with the preloaded order and when it showed again it showed empty but in reality had accumulating pieces every time i did correct, when i open paypal to charge they charge all the accumulated pieces in different credit cards...

I purchased an embroidered bookmark from a post on Instagram on 10/04/22. I immediately received a legimate looking "receipt" for my purchase. Then, several days later, I received a tracking report which I followed often. At the time I made the purchase, I did not know that it was coming from China. I bought this as a gift for a friend whose birthday was 10/19, thinking I had plenty of time for it to arrive.

This morning, I realized that I have STILL not received it. I looked up my payment then searched for the company name on Google. All I found were complaints about Scam.

I have tried to report this to my bank as fraudulent activity on my checking account. I appreciate any feedback you can provide.

Looks like I am out $27.34 and have no gift for my friend.

It's China... what did I expect? I got scammed like the rest on here. Don't even consider giving them a penny! Item isn't what was advertised. Damaged and junk! They won't take it back nor refund $. Stay away or you'll lose.

Scammed by same company. Order never received after a month. Tracking that they had on PayPal sale information was bogus. USPS had no record of it at all. Tracked by a tracking link included in the order purchase info. Link given was useless Could not track the item that way either.

Contacted seller. Was told that they see the item is on its way. Gave me the same information I had already used to track the item. also gave me the trucking company to track it under. . There was no trucking company by that name. Contacted seller again, and instead of providing me with the information that shows it’s on the way, they told me to only contact PayPal because I created the dispute so they no longer could help me. Anyone who orders from Facebook takes this chance. Live and learn. Next step will be taking all of this information to my bank, removing my bank credit card that I use, and then get rid of PayPal!

Ordered an item from Joyui Co. Ltd and paid via Paypal which I thought was safe.
Opened a claim via PP resolution centre - good not received. Joyui said the parcel is delayed but offered a Partial refund for express delivery immediately which I accepted. Unfortunately the items never arrived and Paypal cannot help as the CASE closed as soon as I accepted Partial Refund. WHY do PAYPAL and FACEBOOK let KNOWN SCAMMERs operate?

Ordered from Facebook company. The items looked so much bigger than what came. The items that came looked like what you could buy from the dollar store. For $80. I got totally scammed. I filed a complaint with PayPal but they closed the case because the seller showed proof it was delivered. I will never ever use PayPal or buy from a Facebook company again. Total scams. I am disgusted. I emailed the so called company and no response.

Ordered merchandise from a company who advertised on Facebook. After ordering, I decided to check the company and reviews from other purchasers. There were no good reviews. I emailed the company to inform them that I wanted to cancel the order; the email was sent within 15 minutes after the purchase. After 3 days if waiting,I received a response from the company stating that the order had been shipped so it was too late to cancel; however, if I wanted a refund I could send the items back. Sending the items back would have cost more than the product. The received products were nothing like the advertisement. Cheap material and miniature depictions of the ordered products.
