HERNS CONSTRUCTION AND OSCAR JULIAN HERNANDEZ IS A SCAM RIPOFF
My mother was referred to Herns Construction for a project in Riverside California. The owner Julian Hernandez came and said he could add a bedroom for my sick father. He said he too was a man of God and used his supposed faith to swindle my mother into a contract. Once engaged and 4 months in the house was open, water had been turned off and not turned on, my mother and father had to move into our house although Julian hers owner promised it would remain livable. he then said the cost increased and demanded an additional $23,000 or he would have to leave the job. My mother is on social security and has little savings. Forced to pay him these funds so she could live in the home and care for my father. After another 3 months the job was not complete and he stated he needed more money. When my mother explained she did not have any more money as it was over what he proposed he left the job incomplete. Thankfully her church stepped in and saved the day. I just want everyone to know what a Scam Herns Construction is. They pray on the little people and the elderly. The owner manipulates, uses god and tactics to get away with not doing the job. Run from them and hopefully this story can stop someone else from being taken advantage of.
