Suspected fraudulent puppy sale by Heritage Puppy Farm
I am reporting Heritage Puppy Farm for suspected fraudulent puppy sales.
On October 17, 2026, I contacted the business about purchasing a long-haired chocolate dapple Dachshund puppy named Lucy.
The seller initially claimed to be located in Nashville, Tennessee. However, when I requested a pickup address, they provided an address in Oakland, California.
When I questioned this discrepancy, the seller claimed their farm was in Nashville but their pickup location was in California.
The seller also requested a deposit through Cash App, Chime, or One Pay before providing complete pickup arrangements and a puppy sales contract.
I was provided a Cash App account under the name Jesus Navarro, with the username $qommy.
I did not send any money.
I am concerned that this website may be operating as a fraudulent puppy-selling business and request that it be investigated.
I have screenshots documenting the conversations and payment requests.
