On 09/30/2026, I purchased a white dress for an event to be held on 10/11/2026. The dress arrived on 10/14/2026 (well after the event). The actual dress was tissue paper thin and of cheap quality, not as pictured on the website. I emailed requesting a return label and full refund. I was offered 10% then 15% to keep the dress. I reminded the customer service representative the website advertised "hassle free returns within 30 days." She responded that is for items that are defective not for customer's preference. She told me I had to pay to send the return back to their warehouse in China then once it passes inspection, I will receive a refund. If this was advertised on the website, I would never have purchased any item from this company.
