Herbalist EBHO / Facebook Reports & Reviews (1)

This person has a Facebook page that claims to offer natural herbal medications with roots/herbs sourced from his hometown in Africa. He states his son lives in the USA and that payments must be made through Zelle, Venmo, or Cashapp. I believed I was supporting a small business in exchange for an herbal medication for my chronic dry eye syndrome and sent $246 via Zelle. I thought my purchase would be protected if the items never arrived, because I am a Chase customer of many years, but did not know until after the fact that Zelle does not typically refund "scam" payments even though it is supported by Chase Bank. The scammer posted fake testimonials on his FB page which after further research, when clicked on, profile link names do not match the names on the profiles. Profile URLs contain African names while the main profiles have an American's name and fake photos. The scammer has opened Instagram and TikTok accounts. He has created a fake invoice using a fake shipping services website called https://fasttracklogisticsinc.com and sends out fake "shipping update" emails, but the tracking has stopped showing updates 3 days after he claimed to ship it and the grammar/verbiage on the "update" is strange and not normal for shipping services. The website also is full of links that do not go anywhere and does not show locations or support numbers and contacts aside from a single email address, [email protected]. When I contacted him to receive my money back, he stopped responding and insisted he shipped the items and used the shipping services to ship to many countries. He now has my name, address, email, and phone number. The person is a liar and a fraud. Attached is the "receipt" for my purchase. He first asked me to send money to the account of Ruth Kurr ([email protected]), then had me change it to his "son" Thomas Androsky ([email protected]). This person is direct messaging anyone who comments on his page about their illnesses and he is targeting many sick, desperate people and tricking them out of their hard-earned money. He claims he can cure HIV, AIDS, herpes, cancer, and many other STD's and life-threatening conditions. Reading these claims occurred after I had placed my money order, so this told me it was bogus, and then further research into the shipping website and his own social media accounts proved it is all fake. His social media pages are still active and they have not been shut down yet but they need to be and this individual needs to be stopped and criminalized for his theft and fraudulent actions on the unsuspecting people he targets.
