I was in a car accident may 31st, 2024 and I took my car to this shop and he insured me that my truck will be fixed in a week. He told me to pay him $1800 up front and which I did via cashapp. A week went by he made an excuse, 1 month went by and my truck was still not fixed. After 3 months went by he said gave another excuse, he said he not fixing it, then I told him to give me my money back and car back he didn’t give me my money or my truck back. It’s now January 10th.2025 he still has my money and truck. I have all the text messages and receipts.
