I received a message from the financial times with an offer for a subscription for 4.99. I paid and was charged, but did not receive access to the articles. I submitted a request with the FT’s support team and their response was, “we cannot find your email.” Which is extremely odd considering I could login and I was charged for the subscription they were offering.
